Did You Know that Not Everyone in Mexico Speaks Spanish?

Many indigenous people are not fluent enough in Spanish to secure good employment. They speak languages su ch as Chinantecan or Zapotecan, which are not spoken elsewhere in the world. Many of these indigenous dialects are only spoken, not written.

When you volunteer with Armonia U.S., you help us to set up schools that provide education, help and hope to the indigenous peoples of Mexico.

Our Christian Centers feed, clothe and educate many Mexican children and young adults each year. Helping to end poverty in Mexico depends on the volunteer work of hundreds of Americans who can make a difference.
